Another paddle today, this time to Crater Lake.

We got there just after 9:30 and launched from the Southwest Access and paddled up the cove and into the main area of the lake, keeping just inside the “no wake” zone.

It was a bit hazy, as if there was a fire nearby.

We did encounter wind at the end, just enough to practice paddling into.  But more than enough to knock a sailboat over!  But by that time, we were back in our starting cove, almost to shore.
